Mindfulness

Mindfulness is simply our ongoing commitment to deepen and expand our awareness in each moment - of our internal world and our ever-changing perceptions of our always changing external world. In our busy, chaotic and confusing world, it can seem impossible to tune into our inner calm and restfulness. Meditation, pranayama, and asana practices are a healing source of regenerating our inner worlds and being present in each moment.

Somatic Yoga

Aligning our movement with breathe and awareness through yogic asanas also aligns our energy body with our physical body, our mind with our body, our soul with our spirit. This enhances soul level and spiritual well-being. Bring the body with you through individual or group sessions in blended yang, yin and restorative yoga sessions.


Yoga Nidra

Deep relaxation can be illusive. Guided meditations and positive visualizations can help release learned tensions and anxieties that impact our creativity and expressions. Yoga Nidra techniques can help restore our equanimity, and alter chronic reactionary and unhealthy behaviour due to over-stimulation in our modern world.
