Mindful Mondays

We are fortunate to be able to gather virtually round the globe, and sometimes we are able to gather in-person. Mindful Mondays are offered first Mondays in Ngunguru NZ, details are here in the flyer.

April 1: Mindfulness Practices
Every day, any day. We can expand our mindfulness with simple practices, increasing our ability to witness, observe and direct our ever-expanding awareness. We will practice with yogic pranayama, asanas, and other meditation exercises that can be used on a daily basis. We can all take some time to laugh at our own foolishness this April Fool's Day!

May 6: Hawaiian Shamanism - Huna
Explore and experience the Shamanic Principles of Huna, a simple set of concepts designed to bridge everyday reality with shamanic reality, where we can bend the normal boundaries of time and space. Based on the groundbreaking work of Serge King, author of 'The Urban Shaman'.
